Dr. Skip has researched for decades and has uncovered the secret truths of how to achieve ultimate health and fitness. He has learned that although the human body is extremely complex there are relatively simple ways to heal the body of most any ill health, and/or degenerative condition and bring it to a state of ultimate health and fitness. It is possible for anyone to become ultimately healthy no matter what their age, if they follow a few health principles. Anyone can do it with the correct information, health plan, time and discipline.

The human body was created and programmed to be healthy, and will work hard strive to remain healthy at all costs. Illness and disease are symptoms of internal biochemical imbalance. Illnesses and disease are the result of days, weeks, months, years and in many cases even decades of internal biochemical imbalances. Armed with the correct knowledge and strategy anyone can develop a daily health plan and lifestyle that will reverse the ravages of bad habits and internal biochemical mismanagement.

The human body is an incredible rejuvenating machine that repairs & replaces millions of cells per second. This rejuvenating process is designed to keep your body in a state of ultimate health and works at optimum levels when the internal biochemistry is in proper alignment. I base my ultimate health approach on correct internal biochemistry management through diet, exercise and daily living habits or what I call an ultimate health lifestyle.

To correct a problem it must first be identified. The problem with ultimate health is well over 90% of the current world’s population is not ultimately healthy. This alarming statistic is exacerbated by the fact that correct ultimate health information is not readily available. It has become obvious that few know even the simplest concepts of how to achieve and maintain ultimate health. Couple these facts with the fact that it is not in the best financial interests of many extremely large industries to have large populations avoiding illness, disease and/or degenerative conditions, or be ultimately healthy. It is clear that the current direction of preventative health care in this world is not tracking in the right direction. It is also painfully obvious that everyone needs to take personal responsibility for their health and fitness. It's best to adopt the, "If it's going to be it's up to me," philosophy. No one can be more vested in becoming ultimately healthy than you.

Dr. Skip teaches how to manage internal biochemistry, develop a healthy life plan to achieve any health or fitness goal.
