Note: The liver is the biochemical processing laboratory for the entire body. When the liver loads up with poisonous toxins, many of the most important body functions are severely impaired.

As the liver releases the waste filtered from the blood, it is generally carried through the intestinal tract and eliminated. If this process doesn't move quickly enough, some of the poisonous toxic waste is reabsorbed and recycled back into the bloodstream throughout the body, causing lethargy, illness and/or disease.

As long as the byproducts of our food remains in the colon, fluids will be drawn from this waste and returned to our bloodstream. For this reason we must not permit waste material to remain in the colon any longer than is necessary to reduce the amount of waste from being recirculated back into the blood stream.


The importance of a speedy intestinal flow rate  to reduce your blood cholesterol levels and eliminate toxins from your body rather than being recirculated throughout your system is critical. The ideal time cycle to schedule a liver cleanse is during the full moon. The full moon cycle exerts a magnetic influence on the human body that promotes the release of internal toxic waste from the liver into the intestinal tract for elimination. Proper liver detoxification timing will help release toxic metals. Besides the other disruptive effects of excess toxic metals. Therefore, for many reasons, it is wise to take advantage of the full moon's influence, as it relates to the release of toxic metal, by accelerating the intestinal flow.

The importance of caring for the liver can never be overemphasized. When the liver isn't capable of cleaning the blood, the entire body begins to break down and saturate with toxic waste. As the liver becomes congested and overwhelmed, the body wisdom takes two desperate steps to keep the blood from becoming excessively toxic. Its first step is to stagnate the lymphatic flow, which backs up and causes swollen lymph glands and sore throats in both men and women. The second step it takes to redirect the waste materials from the blood stream to the reproductive areas of both men and women. This desperate cleansing mode is an effort to save the life of the body, as well as to protect the function of the brain.

In time, this toxic overload of the reproductive area becomes the reason for the development of fibroids, cysts and other female reproductive disorders. It is also the reason for the development of prostate disorders with men. Finally it's important to note that the liver and gallbladder function together intimately. Other than a gallstone issues these two organs should be cleaned together.


Liver Cleansing Foods:
Foods that are healthy for the liver fall into two main categories.
First are those that promote the detoxification process of the liver. And second, are those that are high in antioxidants and therefore protect the liver while it's carrying out its detoxification processes.

It's important to remember to avoid eating all fatty, highly refined and/or foods with artificial additives during a lymph system cleanse or detoxification. Also during the cleanse use alkalizing foods, in a ratio of 4:1 over acid-forming foods. Below are foods to eat and not eat for liver health.

  • Bitter Leafy Greens help Stimulate Bile Flow in the Liver;

  • Liver Flush/Cleanse:
    Main Ingredients (makes 1 qt. or 1 liter);
    1. Distilled Water (steamed only) (24 oz. or ¾ qt./liter)
    2. Olive Oil (organic virgin cold-pressed only) (5-15 tbs., start with 5 and increase) (stimulates gallbladder & bile duct to contract powerfully and expelling solid particles kept in storage for years)
    3. Grapefruit (3-4 large pink tastes best), 4-6 Lemons/Lime, 4-6 Apple or Orange juice to start
    4. EPSOM Salts = Magnesium Sulphate (2-3 tbs.) (strong laxative, may cause diarrhea-like symptoms) (relaxing smooth intestinal tract muscles and bile ducts)
    Supercharge;
    5. Garlic Clove (5-15 cloves, start with 5 and increase)
    6. Ginger Root (about 3-4" long)
    7. Cayenne Pepper (powder or tincture, starts mild and increase to as hot as you can one stand)

    Additional benefits;
    1. L-Ornithine (non-protein amino acid, help sleep)
    2. Black Walnut (kills liver parasites)
    3. Milk Thistle (clean and rejuvenate the liver)
    4. Barberry Bark (correct liver function and promotes bile flow)
    5. Wild Yam Root (tones and nourishes the liver and helps balance hormone production)
    6. Cramp Bark (nerve sedative, treats high blood pressure and circulatory conditions
    7. Fennel Seed (open obstructions of the liver, gall bladder and spleen)
    8. Catnip Herb (nourishes the stomach and nerves)
    9. Peppermint Leaf (dissolve gallstones, muscle relaxant and reduces inflammation)

    Equipment;
    1. Quart jar (glass) with rubber seal lid (Mason is excellent)
    2. Blender (2-3 HP electric is best)
    3. Juicer (electric is best)

    Should drink as least 8 oz. of formula each day to start and increase up to 32 oz. (1 qt. or liter) each day for best results.
