Congratulations for taking the time to invest in yourself and your health future by seeking the truth about ultimate human health. These recipes are extremely valuable tools in the battle to achieve the most valuable possession in life, ultimate health. If you take the time to master the use of these recipes, you will have made a major step forward in your goal to become and remain ultimately healthy.

Note: With blended recipes, blend ingredients together until liquefied. Don't over blend, air/oxygen will damage nutrients the longer they are exposed. Consume all fresh blended and juiced products as soon as possible. When not possible to consume immediately, protect product from oxygen damage by filling containers to the brim and limiting exposure to light. It’s very important to remember that the success of any program is solely dependent on consistency and dedication to the goal. To be successful, you must stay the course. The health benefits of raw, fresh, organic, blended and juiced foods are enormous but dedication and consistency are essential.

Blended Green Ingredients:

 
Green blends should be 40% vegetable, 50% fruit, and 10% juice/liquid.

40% Green leaf vegetables;
Primary; Spinach, kale, chards, turnip greens, lambs quarter etc.
Secondary; Celery, cucumbers, beat greens, parsley, mint, romane lettuce etc.

50% Fruit;
Primary; Apple, banana, mango, melon etc.
Secondary; (fresh raw frozen is OK); Pineapple, pare, peaches, grape, grapefruit, strawberries, kiwi,
berries, fig, dates, apricot, plumb and melons (all) etc.

10% Juice;
Primary; Carrot, lemon/lime, melon etc.
Secondary; Orange, or a blend any of the fruits & vegetables above

Supercharge your blend;
Garlic, ginger root, sea vegetables, flax seed, alga (spirulina & chlorella) etc.


Green Super Power
Makes 1 quart (32 oz.)
1-4 heaping hands full of spinach/kale or any dark green leafy vegetable
1 Bananas
1-2 mangos
¼-1 watermelon, honeydew, cantaloupe melon
1-3 lemons juiced
Optional;
1-2 heaping table spoons flaxseed
1-2 heaping table spoons spirulina
5-10 garlic cloves
1-2 oz. ginger root
Pinch of cayenne pepper 10-20 drops tincture

Fruit Super Charge
Makes 1 quart (32 oz.)
1 Banana
¼ Watermelon
¼ Cantaloupe
½ Pineapple
2-3 Lemons juiced
1-2 cups Favorite Grapes
1-2 cups Favorite Berries
Optional;
1-2 heaping table spoons Flaxseed
1-2 heaping table spoons Spirulina
5-10 Garlic Cloves
1-2 oz. Ginger Root
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper 10-20 drops Tincture
Top glass garnish;
1-3 Mint Stems top garnish
Favorite Fruit Top Garnish

Lemon Water Internal Cleanse Ingredients:

Note: This drink is a powerful internal biochemical cleanser, detoxifier and alkalizer. Again don't over blend, oxygen will damage nutrients the longer they are exposed to air. Remember to consuming as soon as possible. 


Fire Water Super Cleanse
Makes 1 quart (32 oz.)
¾ quart of distilled water
1-4 heaping table spoons spirulina
1-4 lemon or limes (juiced or blended)
1-3 Pinch's of cayenne pepper or 5-20 drops tincture
1-3 oz. maple syrup
Optional;
1-2 heaping table spoons flaxseed
5-10 garlic cloves
1-2 oz. ginger root
5-10 mint leaves
Top glass garnish;
1-3 Mint Stems top garnish
Favorite Fruit Top Garnish
