Internal Biochemical pH Management
First let me say the human body knows how to be healthy. It was created and
programmed with a vibrant health mandate. The problems occur when we consume
unhealthy agents and practice unhealthy habits. How long would your
car run if you never changed the oil or put the wrong polluted fuel in it all
the time? The answer is your car wouldn’t serve you very well. You body is a
much more dynamic machine than your car but it to will fail if it is abused
constantly. This is exactly what we do when we live in polluted environments,
eat the wrong foods and subject ourselves to constant emotional stress. While
it many be difficult to change our environment we can control to a large extent
what we regularly consume.
The consumption of raw, fresh, live fruits and vegetables is not only the most
nutritious diet but serves to keep the negative byproducts (acid forming chemistry)
of respiration, digestion and emotional turmoil, in balance to maintain ultimate
health. Let me say that again, consuming fresh, live food is the way to manage
internal biochemistry and become ultimately healthy.
Most folks that consume the standard American, meat based diet (SAD), have an internal
biochemical pH around 5.5-6.5 which is extremely acid. This very acid pH will eventually
lead to many of the illnesses and diseases common in American society today. Internal
acidosis (low pH) creates an internal biochemical environment ideal for pathogenic
proliferation, illness and disease. Human blood struggles constantly to maintain a pH
of 7.365. This is the body’s perfect pH slightly alkaline. If all body fluids remained
at this pH the body would remain ultimately healthy. The problem is most all the body’s
natural biochemical reactions create excess acid and lower internal pH. In short the body
is constantly attempting to adjust natural body chemistry back to 7.365 and ultimate health.
If we consume alkaline forming foods we dramatically assist the body onto maintaining a healthy
pH range. When the body is in the proper pH range the body’s natural rejuvenating and reparative
properties as well as the boy’s natural defense, immune system are working at optimum levels.
The trick is to monitor your pH frequently to know when internal acid is forming. Excess internal
acids usually form after eating (digestion), strenuous exercise (respiration) and/or emotional
turmoil. Consuming live, alkaline forming foods will help raise internal pH into the optimum rang.
It is important to understand the simple task of proper internal biochemistry management is the most
effective way to attain and maintain ultimate human health.
The solutions to the above problem are;
1. Monitor your pH to know when it turns acid.
2. Consume live alkaline forming foods to raise pH into optimum rang.
