Natural Pain Mediation - An Introduction

While drug based pain medication reduces pain, it frequently leads to addiction and chemical dependence. Chemical dependence can lead to serious health problems (illness & disease). This article outlines natural ways to not only avoid the ravages of chemical dependence due to pain relief drugs, but promotes internal biochemical balance (homeostasis - optimal health). The foundation of these actions must be a predominant healthy lifestyle (behavior habits) to achieve optimal health.

Optimum health is a process as is illness and disease. To restore biochemical balance and achieve PAIN FREE optimal health, it is necessary to incorporate the following predominant daily habits. Absent healthy amounts of oxygen, hydration (water), behavior and emotional balance it is near impossible to not only effectively manage pain but personal biochemistry and restore optimal health (absent pain).
1. Deep Breathing (oxycise)
Deep breathing exercise must be at or near or at the top of any optimal health recovery program. Deep breathing supplies oxygen which is not only a critical component of life but natures cleansing gas. Oxygen and water are the top two biochemical body cleansers. Once deep breathing oxycise is mastered, combined with focus and concentration can form a solid base for effective meditation, another essential building block toward personal excellence and optimal health acquisition.

2. Meditation (mind, behavior and health mastery)
Effective meditation is an excellent way to quickly mediate pain, anxiety and stress. Like deep breathing, mastering effective meditation is an important cornerstone of any pain mediation, personal excellence and optimal health acquisition program. General habitual behavior – must be over 50% healthy or all progress is unhealthy – the higher the % and healthier the better (extremely important that you understand this point or health will degrade rapidly to an early demise/death)
