The problem (joint degeneration)
Chronic unhealthy behavior habits, especially diet, encourages rapid biological degradation (aging) including symptoms like serious joint degradation problems. Cartilage is the rubbery bone padding in joints that can wear down over time as we age. It's smooth and slippery, allowing bones to slide back and forth with ease and comfort (less friction). Cartilage is living tissue that can regenerate and repair in only 6-12 months with proper nutrition and exercise. Unfortunately, cartilage has no nerves or blood vessels. Too often, degeneration accelerates through chronic unhealthy consumptive habits and lack of proper regular exercise. As the body degenerates, biological functions slow causing an acceleration of the aging processes. As a result of this general biological decline (domino effect) called aging, the body is deprived of important nutrients required for tissue repair and regeneration.
