Managing pH for Health - Litmus Testing

The battle for optimal health is over pH.
pH testing
and effective management may be the single most powerful skill tool in reducing/managing
rapid aging, illness, disease and achieving lasting optimum health. Yes! Effective pH management
can not only slow the aging process to a crawl, it can eliminate nearly all
illness and disease. With such a powerful and relatively simple tool
that could empower nearly every human with the skill to control their health destiny,
why isn't effective pH management taught in school? The answer may surprise you,
it astonished and left me deeply disappointed me when I discovered the truth.
What is pH -
(Potential Hydrogen);
First, it’s important to
understand that pH represents the snap-shot state of internal biochemical health. Perfect
pH is 7.365. Internal biochemical pH is like home plate in a baseball game, while there are many
things happening in the game, the games outcome is determined by how many runs cross
home plate making it the factor that really matters. Simply put, the closer the
mean average pH of the body stays to 7.365, the healthier the body will be. When
the body's pH spontaneously remains around 7.365 straying very little, optimal
health has been achieved. More about that latter.
pH governs the many biological functions below
ACID
1. Speeds up biological activity (aging time clock) causing biological
damage (illness, disease, rapid aging)
2. Environment that encourages spontaneous pathogenic polymorphism (internal microbial genesis –
toxemia – illness and disease)
3. Low cellular oxygen and biological energy production (enervation)
ALKALINE
1. Biological health (in balance with nature).
2. Environment of biological balance and synergy (homeostasis) is maintained.
3. Maximum biochemical vibrancy, systemic function (healing).
4. Robust cellular oxygen and energy production (vitality).
5. No spontaneous pathogenic polymorphism.
Effectively
pH Management for Optimum Health
Because pH is a reliable
indicator of the state of internal biochemistry, it can be used to effectively
manage health. The trick is to monitor and modulate pH into a consistent healthy
range. While there are many tools (behavior, consumption, supplements, exercise, emotions) to
effectively modulate pH in a healthy direction, it takes a comprehensive
understanding of health principles, how they apply to your biochemistry and practice to master these skills.
Litmus testing
There are essentially two noninvasive ways to measure internal biochemistry below;
1. Saliva test – this requires testing saliva at least one hour before or after any
consumption. Because of this restriction it is best to saliva test first thing
in the morning after rising from sleep.
2. Urine test – this requires testing urine and gives an accurate result any time. While urine
testing has obvious inconveniences, it produces accurate results any time one passes urine. The litmus
test is the foundation of internal biochemical cause and effect awareness. For this reason, it is
essential that one become intimately aware of there current state of health so effective corrections
can be made to not only the direction of positive change but the speed of optimum health progress.
Remember, testing encourages progress, more
frequent testing speeds up progress.
We become what we think
about, so the more pH testing the more thought provoking, hence the better the
chances of success no mater what the goal.
Things to Avoid
1. Sugar and/or processed foods
2. Caffeine with meals
3. Alcohol
4. Tobacco
