Secrets to Fat Loss – Effective Leptin Management
How to Effectively Control it to Reduce/Burn Fat Stores

Did you know that there's ONE solitary hormone that essentially controls EVERY other weight loss hormone in the body, and the ability to burn fat? In fact, when you have this one hormone under control, fat loss couldn't get easier. On the other hand, when leptin is out of control, losing even a single pound can be nearly impossible. Yes, the hormone Leptin, its affect on body fat accumulation and how to effectively manage the fat problem is the subject of this article. The unfortunate reality is most everyone attempting to unsuccessfully lose weight is fighting a losing battle with the hormone leptin. Knowing this stubborn fact, makes it easier to understand why people struggle continuously to shed those unwanted pounds of fat month after month and year after year. The following facts will explain exactly how leptin is intimately associated with body fat, and how the effective use of a few herbs you've probably never heard of can help you manage and naturally SOLVE the leptin problem poses while reducing those unhealthy fat pounds.

To burn fat effectively, the body depends on the following two things:
1) Leptin levels
2) Leptin "receptors"

First the bad news (Leptin level)…
Whenever starting a diet to reduces calorie intake, leptin levels plummet dramatically reducing the fat burning process. The reason is, lepton’s main function is to protect the body against starvation, and in the event of decreased food/calorie intake (a byproduct of dieting), the body naturally conceders body fat stores as a fundamental asset for survival. Naturally, body fat represents a vast supply of stored energy and warmth, both of which are highly-valued resources when food/calories are in short supply. You see, when dieting, the body isn't aware of your slimmer (less fat) ambitions. In fact, the only thing the body knows in this circumstance is that the calorie intake is on vacation and your natural survival mechanism has lofted a big red flag for “HELP” in the face of a caloric/energy loss emergency.

The factual chemical result of reduced calorie consumption (diet) - is reduced leptin levels equaling a decrease of natural, healthy fat burning. In fact, research has demonstrated that leptin levels drop by as much as 50% after a week of dieting… Because of the inverse relationship between leptin and fat burning, when leptin levels drop by 50% a commensurate drop of 50% in fat-burning potential results in just one WEEK, and this problem compounds with each passing day. Now if this natural leptin hormone survival response isn't bad enough, with every pound shed via diet/starvation, leptin levels fall further, making it increasingly more chemically difficult to lose fat. Yes! When dieting, you’re fighting against one of the most powerful survival mechanisms in the body, a very daunting task indeed.

Second - Fat loss plateaus (Leptin receptors)!
Now, the above scenario is only HALF the problem and a significant problem it is. The other half of this problem is called "leptin resistance". The unfortunate reality is that the vast majority of people suffer from this condition due to years of high body fat levels and a diet full of processed, high calorie, low nutrient foods. This problem is at the foundation of not only fat accumulation (obesity) but nearly every other ill health problem plaguing modern man. 

Leptin resistance simply means that even at high levels, leptin is no longer able to properly trigger the fat burning process, dramatically decreasing the body's ability to reduce fat. This could be a very discouraging fact for fat loss enthusiast. Fortunately, there IS a solution to this problem.

The solution
Yes! Fat reduction is a difficult problem, especially when most people are habitually consuming the extremely unhealthy SAD (excessive protein, sugar, fat and calorie) diet. If losing fat were easy everyone would be muscular, lean, fit and optimally healthy. Of course this is not the case as obesity and degenerative disease are currently reaching epidemic proportions in America. Because this problem is but a symptom of a more insidious problem chronic and institutionalized unhealthy behavior, correcting unhealthy behavior must be the primary objective in reducing fat accumulation and restoring optimal health. Below are a few behavior change secrets that will increase leptin and reduce stored fat.

1. A consumptive habit that helps significantly is incorporating a weekly “cheat day”. This requires consuming an additional 1000 calories one day a week. Of course you can’t have a cheat day EVERY day and expect to lose fat. On "cheat day" each week produces the best results so pick a day and pig out. Remember, the idea is to increase calories not the consumption of unhealthy foods. Try to keep the consumption of unhealthy foods (highly processed foods & carbohydrates) as much as possible. More fruits and vegetables are healthiest. 
2. Reputable scientific research revealed that carbohydrates have the greatest net effect on leptin hormone levels. So the secret to effectively using this fact to reduce fat is after a "cheat day" when leptin levels are declining, add small amounts of additional carbohydrates (10-20 grams) to your diet each day until your next cheat day. This “reverse carbohydrate tapering” technique will help prevent leptin levels from falling too rapidly. The limitation lies in the amount of carbohydrates we’re able to utilize without negatively affecting fat loss. While the above secrets will positively effect the body’s production of leptin as fat decreases, the extra leptin won’t be beneficial unless you take action to improve your body’s sensitivity to leptin. Unfortunately, “leptin resistance” is common due to long term high body fat levels and SAD diets full of processed, high sugar/carbohydrate foods. Leptin resistance relegates the body unresponsive to leptin in many cases.
3. Its important to understand that consuming certain types of food can significantly increase leptin sensitivity. Knowing that consuming large amounts of simple sugars and highly processed foods is one of the main villain contributors to leptin resistance is a valuable tool in the battle for less fat and optimal health. The good news is you can immediately begin repairing your leptin resistant receptors by following this one simple rule. Apart from the cheat day, strive to eat only single-ingredient foods meaning, simple consume a single whole food whose only ingredient is food, no additives, examples below.

Generally speaking any meat, vegetable, nut, seed, oil, bean, or fruit qualifies if it’s consumed separately. Relatively simple isn’t it? Unlike highly processed foods with many artificial, man made chemical ingredients many of which most can’t even pronounce. These whole foods are relatively natural foods that contain only one ingredient. When you begin the habit of predominantly consuming these types of foods absent all the processed food chemicals you’ll immediately begin repairing your leptin sensitivity and restoring leptin to its biologically intended duty of effectively burning off stored fat.

There is a simpler way (effective herb therapy)
Yes! There is a simpler way to manage internal biochemistry and maintain high leptin levels as fat drops, while also increasing the body's sensitivity to the hormone leptin. This method maintains the body in a perpetual fat-burning state (permanent high leptin levels = high levels of fat burning).
