Avoiding Toxic Accumulation and Malnutrition
Secret to Reducing, Even Eliminating Illness and Disease

All illness and disease are
symptoms of toxic accumulation and/or malnutrition, usually both as one leads to
the other and vise-versa. As such, mastering the art of avoiding toxic
accumulation and/or malnutrition is the most important skill of avoiding not
only rapid aging but illness and disease. To better understand these principles,
it’s best to start with habitual behavior, or more particularly consumptive
habits.
- Consumptive habits represent not only all the things we ingest (air, water, food etc.) but
the amount ingested. To better control these input channels, it’s prudent to
understand not only what is toxic or potentially toxic to the body and what is
not but the quantity of which may result in toxicity as well. For example, not
only can the obvious sugar, saturated fat and excessive protein be potentially
toxic, so are most processed foods, emotional stress, sluggish biological
elimination and lethargy (lack of exercise).
- Elimination channels
are equally as important as consumption. While consumption is required for
survival, the toxic byproducts of metabolic waste (the residue of biochemical
activity) must be eliminated/removed ASAP before biological damage (rapid aging,
illness and disease) results. Elimination can be dramatically improved by
learning more healthy ways to breathe and hydrate. Both breathing and hydrating
are intimately associated with healthy behavior (exercise). Moreover, proper
management of both these channels is vital for not only survival but sustaining
optimal health.
- Input channels (breathing, drinking, and eating) represent the ways things enter the
body. To remain or recover health one must master the concepts of optimal health
consumptive habits. In short, consuming the standard American diet (SAD –
excessive sugar, saturated fat, protein rich processed foods) is not the path to
optimal health. Quite the contrary, this SAD consumptive habit is the reason
most health experts believe is responsible for not only the current obesity
epidemic but the rapid increase of degenerative illness and disease (diabetes,
cancer and heart disease) the three top current killers in the world. Dyeing of
natural causes is nearly nonexistent today because of the increasing toxic
environment and predominant unhealthy SAD consumptive habits. The following are
some things that will help develop a healthy consumptive regimen.
1. Adopt a dietary habit
consisting of predominantly (75-80%) raw, fresh, preferably organic plant based

2. Avoid or eliminate all
processed foods from dietary habits.
3. Supplement with
antioxidants, antiinflammatory, metabolic stabilizers, enzymes, probiotics, and
natural disinfectants daily to mediate the ravages of modern life. For more

- Elimination channels
(breathing/oxygen, drinking/hydration, movement/exercise) represent the ways the
body eliminates/removes toxins before they accumulate and cause permanent
biological damage (aging).
Deep/oxygenation
breathing – proper deep breathing is
perhaps the best way to eliminate toxins rapidly and currently it’s FREE. For

Drinking/hydrating – properly hydrating is perhaps the second best way to eliminate
toxins. It consists of drinking a minimum of 1 ounce of healthy liquid
(distilled water is best) daily for each 2 pounds of body weight. This means a
100 lb. person should drink 50 ounces of liquid daily. Green blended food is

Exercise/movement
– proper exercise is perhaps the third best way to eliminate toxins.
Exercise modulates the lymph system which more robustly moves lymph fluid to

Toxic accumulation and
malnutrition are vitally important to achieving and sustaining optimal health.
